Waste Management Licence

ICEX Ltd recycles and disposes of IT and other electrical equipment within the constraints of a Waste Management Licence issued and audited by the Environment Agency. Environment Agentcy Reg No:-AEA/794321

Waste Transfer Notes

A waste transfer note accompanies all consignments and forms a legal part of the documentation. The Waste Transfer Note details the Producer, The Carrier and The Collector of the waste, thus ensuring Duty of Care in the handling of controlled waste.

Certification

Clients receive a "Final Inventory" within 10 working days of the collection, detailing each piece of equipment by description, model, serial/asset number and final destination.

Data Erase Certificate

Hard drives that are suitable for recycling will be erased to ensure that no previously stored data exists. A "Data Erase" certificate will be sent to the client within 10 working days.

Granulation Certificate

Hard Drives that have reached the end of their useful life will be granulated. A "Granulation Certificate" will be sent to the client within 10 working days. Clients may elect to have all their hard drives granulated irrespective of age or condition.
